  • Thermal Efficiency: Features a heavy-gauge base (typically 3.00 mm to 4.06 mm) that ensures uniform heat dispersion and steady retention, eliminating hot spots that could burn food.
  • Non-Reactive Surface: The surface is non-toxic and non-reactive, meaning it will not interact with acidic ingredients like tomatoes or vinegar, preserving the food's natural taste.
  • Metal Utensil Friendly: The robust surface allows for the use of metal spoons and spatulas without damaging the finish.
